What you'll be doing:
- Support Sano staff, including the Senior Project Manager.
- Assist and manage staff in clinical research projects for compliance and objectives.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate clinical research projects.
- Support the development of project plans for precision research studies.
- Anticipate and address concerns/issues/delays, developing risk assessment and contingency plans.
- Hold each functional area accountable for risk mitigation and management.
- Communicate and align milestone dates within the project team.
- Track budget, metrics, and timelines progress for better project decisions.
- Gather metrics from cross-functional areas related to project progress.
- Identify and assist in resolving protocol-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to keep everyone updated on study progress.
- Foster a cohesive team environment to encourage productivity.
- Participate in and present at project meetings.
- Handle client-facing activities such as progress updates and presentations.
This job is for you if you:
- Have several years' experience managing clinical trials, preferably in patient recruitment or a Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Can solve problems and manage time effectively.
- Are analytical and proficient in Excel.
Even better if you have:
- Experience leading precision research studies.
- Success in managing projects within tight timelines and budgets.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience presenting project updates and leading client discussions.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
