Senior Project Manager-Organisational Design/Process Migration/Transformation of support functions
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for two workstreams within our clients Global Operating Model Transition Programme. This is a fast-paced, far-reaching programme with impact across our clients operating model and as such the Senior Project Manager should be confident in not just delivering on their area but in understanding the wider risks, issues and impacts of their workstreams across an entire business.
Experience of organisational design, process migration, outsourcing/offshoring and people transformation are a must for this role. In addition, these workstreams require buy-in from large groups of stakeholders globally through a combination of good relationship-building and effective change management. Therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with Change Managers and Comms specialists as part of your project team is essential.
