Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Senior Project Manager to join our multi-functional Change and Technology team.
You will provide expert IT direction, analysis and solutions and deliver the expected business outcomes in an effective and efficient manner. You will also ensure that the business effectively identifies and prioritises it’s change agenda (large & small), with a core focus on propositions delivery, in line with the overarching Royal London Ireland business and IT strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Irish subsidiary of the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company and contribute to our delivery of outstanding customer service.
About the role
- Working closely with the propositions team and other key business stakeholders, take ownership of, and oversee, propositions related change initiatives from inception through to final delivery, including cost/benefit analysis, prioritisation, and business readiness.
- Manage the change and development agenda for all pensions & protection propositions within the broader Ireland change management portfolio.
- Provide expert support to both business users and IT teams, resolving questions and issues that arise on change delivery within the business.
- Operate as a leader within the Ireland C&T team, and the wider business, driving change and ensuring best outcomes for external and internal customers.
About you
- Expert knowledge of pensions products and the change process for the effective delivery of change in a pensions business.
- Expert knowledge of business processes, good practice, and systems.
- Capable of providing clear, accurate and concise analysis of a variety of complex systems and process related business situations.
- Experienced at working with risk, fully understanding the risk management appropriate and appetite.
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel & SQL, and interest in and understanding of evolving business tools such as CoPilot.
- Expert Project Management & Business Analysis skills.
