SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate & Lettings Agency
Location: Greenford, UB6
Salary: £32k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Urgently required – a competent, capable and experienced Senior Residential Property Managercapable of undertaking all aspects of the Property Management role including: Property Inspection, Check-Ins, Check-outs, Inventories and Mid-Term Inspections.
In addition, the ability to have some managerial and supervisory skills would be of enormous benefit as you will need to manage and motivate a team.
You will need to be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough, responsible and confident, and have had previous experience in this sector so that you can hit the ground running.
The role is based in Greenford so a candidate who lives in the general area would be preferred.
Skills: The skills required for thisSenior Residential Property Manager(Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous experience of Residential Property Management
- Experience in managing a team beneficial
- Strong admin & IT skills
- A thorough understanding of the rental process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional
- Highly organised
- Flexible, positive and professional
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
