New Senior Proposal Coordinator vacancy for someone looking for the next step in their career. You will be joining an established team where you will be working throughout the full bid process and have one direct report.
Senior Proposal Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic bids led by the Work Winning community.
• Lead the implementation of best practice initiatives across the bid lifecycle.
• Create new copy for marketing materials such as project sheets and CVs.
• Ensure all new proposals follow the UK Bid Request process before agreeing to support.
• Review bid documentation identifying key requirements, deadlines, win themes and raising potential issues.
• Organise and lead the Bid Kick-Off meetings for significant bids to agree commitment to bid, capture the win themes, identify key team members, case study projects and create the preparation of the bid timeline.
• Create additional bespoke content for the submission, by interviewing the necessary technical team members to capture the right story.
• Assist with the development of others, educating technical and non-technical staff on how to manage a bid effectively, guiding them through the process.
Senior Proposal Coordinator Skills and Experience:
• Previous Bid Co-ordination experience essential.
• Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
• Previous experience of coordinating and managing tight deadlines.
• Experience of line management / team mentoring.
• Excellent computer and IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and experience of using spreadsheets and databases.
• Previous experience within an architectural practice, construction or engineering industries would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of, or skillset with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign specifically) would be advantageous.
