Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - £75,000 - London (REMOTE)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a multi-award winning construction company with a global presence. The successful candidate will play an integral part in the end-to-end management and delivery of Quality Assurance of data and AI products and services in order to support global business functions. You will achieve this through working closely with the Data team and other technical and non-technical professionals to ensure a quality-first mindset.

Role & Responsibilities

• Leading all testing services spanning integration, functional and non-functional, regression, acceptance and performance for data initiatives
• Working closely with the data stakeholders and help build the case and implement API automation testing
• Ensuring test efforts is taken into consideration from SIT and UAT perspective while bringing a Data QA perspective
• Supporting the team with data ingestion, transformation and modelling tasks
• Designing, building, implementing and improving automated testing frameworks aligning with CI/CD
• Defining ways to monitor, measure and alert Data Quality across areas and data products
• Keeping up with industry standards and sharing knowledge of the latest test automation technologies and best practice
• Integrating test automation and generating reports from CI tooling after automated test executions for visibility

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5+ year's experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Proficiency with writing clear, concise and comprehensive test strategy, test plans and test cases
• Strong experience in developing robust data quality automation framework to very the repetitive checks of data completeness, data duplication, data inconsistency, data relevance and data reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of ETL, including history of testing data ETL works
• Proven track record of working in Agile and waterfall delivery systems
• Proven track record of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating clearly on new quality initiatives, monitoring techniques and performance optimisation
• Passionate about Data and Technology
• Some experience of working with Power Apps is desirable but not essential
• Azure certifications and certifications in QA, Data Management or related fields
