Our prestigious client within the Packaging Industry is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of Production Operatives x8 to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Duties
- You will lead, mentor and coach x8 Production Operatives to ensure production targets are met daily
- On some occasions you will be required to work with the team on the Production Line
- Maintain records and ensure paperwork/documentations and audits are completed and align with regulations
- Collaborate with quality departments to resolve issues
- Promote and enforce safety protocols by training team members
- General house-keeping
