We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the South Wales & South West region, working across schemes throughout South Wales.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide valuable support to the commercial team throughout the region on new build projects of varying values. Duties will include the day-to-day financial and cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the award, up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions.
Although the role will predominantly be site based, there may be a requirement for some office based works in the regional offices in Cardiff & Bristol.
We’re looking for someone who holds a degree (or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying / Construction and who has previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the housing sector. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
