Platinum Project Partners is delighted to assist a multi-disciplinary Constructing Consultancy in recruiting highly skilled and motivated Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers with expertise in a variety of asset classes within the Real Estate sector.

The successful Quantity Surveyors will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects within the Real Estate portfolio including commercial, residential, hospitality, education, and mixed-use, overseeing these from inception through to completion.
Experience & Qualifications:
Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager or Cost Consultant in the Real Estate sector.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the intricacies of Real Estate projects including preparing feasibility studies, detailed cost estimating and cost planning, pre and post contract cost management.
Educational Background: Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally MRICS qualified.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for building strong client relationships and facilitating successful project outcomes.
