Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer
Norwich- East Anglia
Salary up to £68K + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

We are working with a leading provider of state-of-the-art residential construction and regeneration developments across the UK and they are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to growth. You will work across several projects / developments for the sale and rent market both private and alongside housing associations.

You will take responsibility, ownership, and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of the works to control and maximise the company's profitability, protect the company's legal and contractual obligations under the contract, and manage all day to day commercial issues.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Key responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractor packages
• Subcontractor negotiation
• Producing cost reports
• Subcontractor payments/processing applications for payments
• Valuations
• Variations
• Final accounts

Senior Quantity Surveyor Essential experience:

• Degree or other technical qualification
• Strong commercial awareness
• Quantity Surveying experience with a Residential Developer
