SalaryOur client a firm of Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them due to growth based in their Worcester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be completing a full array of Quantity Surveying duties both pre & post contract operating on retail, residential and commercial projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business with an interesting and diverse portfolio of projects offering great progression opportunities.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50k - £65k (open to discussion)
- 25 days holiday plus BH (increasing with service)
- Company phone & laptop
- APC support to become MRICS qualified (if needed)
- ASAP start (happy to be flexible on notice periods

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Assisting with estimating and cost planning
- Procurement advice
- Tender document preparation and reporting
- Contract administrator and cost control
- Interim valuations
- Cost reporting
- Assisting with Contract advice
- Final account preparation
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Prior experience working as a QS in construction or consultancy
- Hold a relevant qualification in Construction / Quantity Surveying
- Retail experience is advantageous but not essential
- Full driving licence
- Based within commuting distance of Worcester
