Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Development - London

We are currently working with one of our clients, who are a leading Residential Developer in London, who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Based in West London, our client are offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading developer with exciting opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Budget Management - Manage the project budgets and adhere to the financial targets throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Value Engineering - Be able to identify cost saving opportunities to maximise project profitability.
• Cost Control - Monitor project costs, identify variations and implement the correct actions to keep the project on track financially.
• Financial Reporting - Prepare financial reports to report to Managing Director & Commercial Director.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the UK House-building industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a residential developer in either a Senior Quantity Surveyor position or a Quantity Surveyor who is seeking career progression. In return, the client is prepared to offer:
