SalaryOur client, an independent construction consultancy, based in Warrington, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all projects across the business which will include; Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education. The role will be based from the office with travel to projects.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. This candidate will need a full driving license and will need to be based within commuting distance.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Liaise with clients and contractors to provide accurate budgetary, contract and procedural advice.
- Review budgets and contract compliance in detail.
- Reporting upon project status, opportunities, and current workload for QS Services to the department head or Director.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Prepare Schedules of Work.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Full driving license
- Client facing experience
- Chartered membership of the RICS (MRICS) or working towards
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in areas relevant to our business.
- A relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying
