We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors for various sites. The projects, primarily focused on Fit Out and Refurbishments, have an average value around £1 million. Our clientele includes prominent blue-chip names in the Food and Beverage industry, such as Burger King, Starbucks, KFC, and hotels, spanning both the Northwest and the UK. This is an office-based role with visits to sites as required, offering a steady workload within a secure environment.
Job Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors on projects in the Food and Beverage market, managing Fit Out and Refurbishments. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and project outcomes, this role provides a secure and busy work environment. The salary is competitive, ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, complemented by a £4,500 Car Allowance and a performance-based bonus of up to £6,000.
Responsibilities:
Team Oversight: Lead and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors on various projects.
Project Focus: Manage projects in the Food and Beverage market, specializing in Pubs and Restaurants.
Project Values: Oversee projects with an average value around £1 million.
Clientele: Work with big blue-chip clients, including Burger King, Starbucks, KFC, and hotels.
Geographic Scope: Handle projects primarily in the Northwest with occasional UK-wide sites.
Office and Site Visits: Office-based role with visits to sites as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Background in Fit Out and Refurbishments, preferably in the Food and Beverage market.

Willingness to travel to sites as required.
Package:
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000.
