Form of workAn ambitious, national cost consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding Cost Management team in Cambridge.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall predominantly help the senior management team deliver multiple projects across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas across Education, Residential, and Commercial sectors, with works valuing between £5m and £200m.
Depending on skill set and desire, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to step into a managerial role and also provide apc support to those Quantity Surveyors going through their chartership.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Preferably MRICS, or at least completed a Construction related degree
- Cost Consultancy / Cost Management work experience
- Minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
- A successful track record of running projects from inception to completion
- Within commutable distance of Cambridge
- Driving licence
