Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £75,000
Our client are a leading tier 1 contractor delivering building and infrastructure projects throughout the UK. Their portfolio encompasses a well-balanced and extensive range of work for both public and private sector clients with projects including commercial, education, healthcare, mixed use projects, MOD schemes, and civil engineering.
They have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £100m Project in Lancaster.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Produce procurement schedule in line with contract programme.
* Manage the procurement process to ensure subcontract packages are placed in a timely manner.
* Manage subcontractor accounts (payments / contract administration / claims & variations / final accounts).
* Manage the reporting process correctly, maintaining accuracy, in line with reporting schedules (CVRs / Expenditure / Cash-flow etc.)
* Pro-actively manage and highlight risks in a timely manner to identify, where possible, savings and efficiencies.
* Engage with the client and manage client valuations, variations, cash-flows and final accounts.
