About the role
We’ve a great opportunity to become a Senior Asset Records Technician (Maximo) who will maintain the Company’s under-ground and above-ground data held in Maximo, within our Enterprise Asset Management system and respond to requests for data and information as necessary.
You’ll be part of the Maximo Asset Systems team that works within the Asset Intelligence function.
We’re looking for you to be competent in planning and prioritisation of your workload, ensuring that updates to the corporate system are carried out within target and in accordance with data standards whilst enforcing data governance to maintain process and procedures.
You will be responsible for the creation, review and maintenance of data governing processes and procedures to ensure continual improvement.
You will build strong stakeholder relations to ensure the Maximo data is up to date with physical reality, including: the asset register, hierarchy, planned interventions, method statements and individual work orders, through day-to-day activity and data handover of capital projects.
You’ll be responsible for data management of all operational asset data. You will ensure that asset data quality is understood and baselined with clear improvement plans to ensure integrity and data quality is excellent.
We’re looking for you to provide expertise to company-wide stakeholders, promoting robust technical support to all Maximo users of asset related processes through the provision of advice, guidance and training while promoting improvements to the asset related systems and all associated data.
About you
We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, has a passion for data and continually looks for efficiencies and opportunities for improvement. We’re looking for you to have proven experience working in asset and work management related systems such as Maximo, internal customer service skills and to drive continual improvement.
We’re looking for you to have proven technical expertise (asset hierarchy, operation, and maintenance regimes) and a proven in-depth knowledge of data stored in asset systems, along with effective controls to ensure internal and external data is secure.
