What You’ll be Doing:
- Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
- Proactive in developing new business daily
- Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face
- Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk
- Managing key accounts
- Full accountability for your own sales
- Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 1 year recruitment background supported with sales success
- Ability to build and develop business relationships
- A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
- Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
- A full UK driving licence
