**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with agency work regulations and other relevant compliance requirements in the temporary recruitment sector.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven recruitment experience, particularly within a temporary recruitment agency setting.
- Knowledge of agency work regulations and compliance requirements within the temporary recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
