**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with agency work regulations and other relevant compliance requirements in the temporary recruitment sector.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven recruitment experience, particularly within a temporary recruitment agency setting.
• Knowledge of agency work regulations and compliance requirements within the temporary recruitment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
