We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team to lead and shape our IT Contract division on a global scale. This role not only offers the opportunity to develop a new market, but also to hire and build your own team.
Role and Responsibilities
As the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment process, building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates across the globe.
You can also expect to:

• Qualify and screen candidates
• Manage interview and offer process
• Take clients through the Vantage Consulting Client Journey
• Pitch for new and retained business
• Gain specialist market information and leverage to grow market share
• Mentor Junior Consultants where required
• Take an active role in recruitment of new team members

You
We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual who embodies our company values of "Value, Achieve, Never Give Up, Team". You will have proven success working in a contract recruitment market, ideally within STEM.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Excellent service and sales skills
• Commercial acumen
• Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
