The Senior Recruitment Consultant role gives you the opportunity to build new and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates therefore we are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, confident and believes in providing excellent customer service. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with the right attitude, work ethic, and dedication, you will have the opportunity to progress on to join the management team in birthing and implementing business strategies to enhance client and candidate relationships.
You will be responsible for the identification and attraction of talented professionals for temporary or permanent positions across a diverse range of companies. In addition to this, you will be managing applicants through every stage of the job process and would have the opportunity to be the interviewer by interviewing candidates in-person and online. You will report directly to the Director and work with them to grow the client and candidate base.

Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- Over 2 years relevant Senior Recruitment consultancy experience essentially in a 360° role, preferably gained within a Life Sciences or related sector.
- As a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing business relationships.
- Proven track record of identifying top-tier candidates via various channels and recruiting talented professionals, preferably with an international focus.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand information and ask meaningful and probing questions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills.
- Demonstrating business acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Cultivating new business relationships and client development.
- Identifying top-tier candidates via various channels.
- Planning and prioritisation of own workload whilst remaining organised and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborating with hiring managers for effective recruitment strategies.
- Keeping several projects on target and the ability to thrive under pressure and a fast-paced environment.
- Detail and target oriented.
- Using initiative and implementing new strategies as directed.
