Harrison Sands has an expansion position open with one of our boutique Derby-based clients specializing in the volume staffing sector. Due to incoming client demands, they are looking to expand their service offerings from mainly driving and logistics recruitment to now encompass the industrial sector, and as such require a Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow this division for them.

Due to many client crossovers, the company has around £1,000 industrial GP running at the moment which would be immediately transferred to the Senior Consultant, and several client introductions would be made, meaning that although this is a 360 growth desk, there is an existing company brand to sell and long-standing client relationships you will be able to leverage. You will also have no postcode or client restrictions and have the opportunity to make permanent placements if the opportunity arises alongside your day-to-day temps desk, meaning that all consultants in this business can achieve an impressive OTE and maximise their earning potential.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be based in the central Derby office, but our client offers all staff the opportunity to hybrid work as long as you are in the office 2-3 days per week the rest can be worked from home. There is an on-call service you will be expected to partake in, but it's rotad to ensure fairness and work-life balance for all.

This position will suit a Recruitment Consultant from an industrial temps background looking for a growth opportunity and the ability to shape your career to Divisional Manager within the next 12-18 months. All applicants must have a valid UK driver's licence and have experience of business development within their recruitment career.

Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
