Do you want to be part of a successful and rapidly growing business on an exciting career journey? We are currently looking to take on a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us during our growth phase!

Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies in your sector. You will be predominantly working client side, and alongside our Talent Acquisition Team who will support you to source candidates for your clients. Your role will be a mixture of phone, virtual meetings, face to face meetings and networking events.

Essentials for this role:

• Minimum 3-5 years previous in a client facing recruitment role
• Proven track record of growing B2B sales
• Must be an ambitious self-starter with drive and resilience
• Exceptional people skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
