Due to our vision of growth, we are currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Morgan Hunt's Temporary Admin Recruitment team.The position looks after all temporary admin vacancies across Education, Charities and Housing clients.

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 Base (Plus Commission) for Consultant level, £27,000-£30,000 for Senior Consultant Level
Location: London with Hybrid working from our brand new, Aldgate based office.

The ideal candidate

• Background in Sales or Recruitment.
  
• Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field or previous knowledge/experience in administrative positions
  
• Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone

• A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines

Key role responsibilities
Candidate management

• Takes ownership of candidate pool generation through
  o Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources
  o Monitoring job boards
  o Generating referrals
  
• Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database
  
• Ensures that all aspects of candidate care, both prior to and post placement, are delivered to Morgan Hunt's standards - ensuring continuity of communication

Business Generation & Client Management

• Self-motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls
  
• Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand
  
• Prioritises business opportunities correctly

• o Develops relationships with clients to ensure repeat business secured
  o Consistent telephone contact
  o Conducting effective meetings
  o Proactively seeking service reviews
  
• Consistently meeting set deadlines
  
• Develops specialist knowledge of chosen sector
  
• Delivering end to end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
