• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the driving sector.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the driving sector.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Hold a valid UK driver's license.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
