The Opportunity available
This opportunity has arisen as Millbank has a rich history in supporting Electrical, Control and Instrumentation related roles. Two of our Directors are actually Electrical Engineers by trade so this division was one of the founding pillars in the business.
The team has never been busier, so this is why a key objective for them is to hire an experienced consultant to ensure we can deliver to our clients.
Coming in as a Senior, you will be expected to be used to delivering on key objectives set. We will commit to building on this experience where you can support our current array of clients with jobs from day 1, help develop new and existing clients and then one day build a team around you allowing a step up to a leadership role when ready.
The current Business Manager has over 20 years experience, so you’ll be mentored by someone who knows the market extremely well.

About You
Your role will involve building and managing a permanent/contract consulting desk alongside your team. This will include sourcing candidates, negotiating favourable fees with clients, and always maintaining a professional representation of Millbank.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of cultivating and nurturing client relationships, working roles, and creating and placing advertisements in line with client specifications.
Additionally, you will be expected to source top-tier candidates, conduct pre-screenings, and present them to clients effectively.
You will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and packages, and ensure our CRM system is up to date with detailed notes.
Adhering to legislative and client compliance is essential, as is liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
