Senior Recruitment Consultant

RSW are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment. You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and utilising platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Track candidate progress and manage applications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship management

£27,000-£32,000 per year

Monday- Friday

On call on a rota basis
