Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a network of candidates through various channels including advertising, job boards, and professional networking sites.
• Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and offering expert advice on suitable candidates and industry trends.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to interview coordination and placement.
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
• Meet and exceed challenging sales targets in a results-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in recruitment with a proven track record in the heating & electrical sector.
• Ability to engage and present effectively to senior stakeholders within the industry.
• Ambitious with a strong drive for success.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and efficiently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
• Motivated to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.
