Senior Recruitment Researcher

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Researcher to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role will involve creating people talent maps to identify, assess, and understand the talent landscape within the construction sector and beyond to provide us with valuable insights into the skills, experience and availability of potential talent. This is an exciting time to be joining us, with an order book over £10 billion and soon to be returning to the FTSE250, we are looking to ensure that we are identifying and attracting the best people to work for us.


Location: Flexible, hybrid working with occasional visits to hub office locations and sites as required

Contract: Permanent, full-time and part-time opportunities will be considered


Responsibilities


As a Senior Recruitment Researcher, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Creating individual talent maps to proactively build a pipeline of talented candidates to support workforce planning focused on specialism and location.
  • Supporting our workforce planning by helping the business to understand current requirements/trends and anticipate future talent needs.
  • Collating competitor information to allow for a comprehensive analysis of the market including top talent and company offerings/benefits.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders across the business units and work collaboratively with HR colleagues.
  • Networking to build on industry knowledge in order to build credibility and using to provide market insights to influence decision making.

What are we looking for?


This role of Senior Recruitment Researcher is great for you if you have:


  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment having operated within an internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment organisation.
  • Experience of creating Talent Maps and proactively resourcing.
  • Proven experience in directly sourcing candidates using a variety of attraction methods and strategic recruitment campaign experience.
  • Stakeholder management skills at multiple levels across a range of functions.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
