Identify Solutions are working with a family run, boutique market research agency who are searching for a Market Researcher to join their team. They are specialists in consumer-facing businesses, working with some of the biggest retailers and manufacturers across the globe. They craft and conduct all the quantitative and qualitative research our clients need to stay at the top of their game.

You will have proven research experience gained within the FMCG, Retail or adjacent sectors, have the ability to break down tactical and strategic client briefs, be a natural storyteller, with the ability to extract the 'why' behind the 'what', sometimes hidden within complex data-sets.

This is a very hands-on role where you will be involved with every stage of the research process, from:

• • Receiving client briefs
  • Brainstorming a response
  • Writing research proposals
  • Designing projects, both Quantitative and Qualitative
  • Scripting your own surveys using Qualtrics
  • Managing fieldwork, both online/ digital and face-to-face
  • Using data analysis tools such as Q and embracing AI automation
• Analysing the data
• Reporting back a clear, compelling and commercial set of findings, conclusions and recommendations to our clients

Ideally you will have

• Experience as a Senior Research Executive with experience gained in either an agency or similar commercial Market Research environment.
• The ability to demonstrate proven experience in a variety of different quantitative research methodologies
• An understanding of qualitative research techniques (and mixed-method research).
• Scripting your own surveys and setting up your own data analysis tabulations.
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
