Grade Number: 4 Positive Money is a think tank and campaigning organisation working to reimagine our money and banking system for the wellbeing of people, communities and the planet. We have offices in London, Brussels and the US, and are part of a growing movement for economic systems change. We are recruiting for a Senior Researcher to help us deliver an ambitious research agenda and raise awareness of our broken financial system and help transform it. This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher passionate about the new economy movement, able to oversee and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously. Contract: Permanent contract with 6-month probationary period. Salary: £35,845 per annum + 8% pension contribution (pro rata if working less than full time hours). Rising to £37,049 after 2 years in the role + annual cost of living adjustments. Hours: Part-time or full-time (21 - 31.5 working hours per week). Requests for flexible working will be considered. Positive Money has recently begun a shorter working week trial, meaning we have reduced our full-time week from 35 hours (5 days) to 31.5 hours (4.5 days). With board approval, we will move to a 4-day work week beginning on April 1.
