Are you a customer service driven individual with previous management experience within the property sector, who is looking for their next opportunity?

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an ambitious Senior Resident Host to enter our clients thriving company, in one of their most high-end Build to Rent developments in Surrey. You will be responsible for creating a strong sense of community within this development as well as conducting regular property inspections to ensure that the apartments are ready for being leased up effectively.

Your core duties will consist of:

• Conducting regular site viewings to potential tenants, with the aim of helping people find their dream home as well as leasing up the apartments to full capacity.

• Oversee a small team of Community Hosts and act as the manager in the manager’s absence.

• Help to arrange and execute events for residents. These could be as small as welcoming drinks for new residents, to helping to plan the Christmas parties.

• Doing pre-check in and post check-out inspections of the apartments.

• Manage the amenity spaces- ensure that everything is tidy and running efficiently.

• Ensure that your team are performing as they should be and are trained effectively.

• Make sure that you achieve resident retention goals that the client has.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, or hospitality. Each day will be unique as you are dealing with people, so this role is great for someone who is interested in being part of a dynamic environment.

This position operates on a 10% discretionary bonus scheme.

I am looking for the following characteristics/ experience:

• Atleast 2 years experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, or hospitality.

• A passion for customer service.

• Someone who wants to be a future leader/ manager

• The ambition to progress and develop with the company long-term.
