Senior Residential Care Officer
Salary: £14.03 per hour, £27,000- average £30,000 + £5k sleep in and welcome bonus of up to £350.
Closing date: 31 January 2024.
Location: Working in our residential children’s home in Sunderland.
Hours: 37 hours per week.

The role
We are keen to recruit someone who has an excellent understanding of developmental trauma with direct experience of working with children and young people within a residential setting. The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 diploma (minimum) in children and young people – residential or equivalent qualification and will be committed to achieving excellence in all that they do.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people who display challenging and difficult behaviours, knowledge, experience and understanding of child protection and experience of leading and supervising a team.
