Senior Residential Childcare Worker

We are looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join the team in Oxford, the salary is up to £30,000 depending on qualification and experience and there are many benefits such as training, a welcome bonus. pension scheme and meals while on site.

The role is based on a 40 hour working including one sleep in per week and weekends on a rota basis.

This is an interesting and rewarding  opportunity supporting young people, often from difficult backgrounds, providing care and emotional support as well as supporting with behavioural problems.  Duties include supporting in the home, with activities and outings, supporting with meals and chores and ensuring the best care for the children in the home.

The applicant should have training and experience in care, ideally working with looked after children.

A Qualification in Residential Childcare is desirable.
