Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Description

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate/Legal Director to work closely with the Partner on a wide range of conveyancing matters, including collaborating with estate agents, managing property transactions, title transfers, contract drafting and review, negotiation, property inspections, and fund transfers.

To be considered for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with a strong background in conveyancing, ideally gained within a smaller firm setting. The team is keen to hear from individuals who are ambitious, confident in their own abilities and eager to progress their career within this area. A business following would be beneficial; however, it is not essential.
