Our great client is looking to hire a fantastic Senior Residential Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join their Team in Bristol.

Your new role

This opportunity is excellent for a thoroughly experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer who is business minded and ready to take on a challenge. This is an important role in the Team as you will be overlooking the output of a sub team of 4-5 staff lawyers.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Taking care of a mixed caseload of Residential Property work mainly shared ownership transactions being purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions but including straight transactions mix.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
• Supervising and controling output of junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this exciting opportunity, you will need to have plenty of Residential Property experience and demonstrable abilities in business development, marketing, and demonstrating the ability to build upon the client base. You will also need to have a proven track record of managing more junior members of a team. This client is quite keen to find someone proactive that will supervise the output of enquiries, report on title, reports on searches of team and actually conduct transactions themselves.
