The Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to take the reins of an established Residential Property transactions team. This role involves hands-on property transaction management and provides the exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a close-knit team of legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of Residential Property transactions. Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of legal professionals. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture. Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes. Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Proven expertise in handling Residential Property transactions. Prior experience in team management and leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges.
