Our Brilliant client is looking to hire a fantastic Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their Team in a pivotal lead role. This client is a welcoming and ambitious firm based in the stunning city of Bath that strongly values doing the right thing for their clients, and pursuing a high standard of service in the areas which the firm specialises in. This role is offering Hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Your new role
This opportunity is excellent for a thoroughly experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer who is business minded and ready to take on a challenge.
This is a pivotal role for the Team as you will be taking the lead on business development and high net-worth client relationship work. If you are looking for a role to really make your own and will allow you to work autonomously in guiding the team, then this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Manage a varied caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Take the lead on business development for the team.
- Attend to clients of the Firm in the office or elsewhere if needed and provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this exciting opportunity, you will need to have plenty of Residential Property experience and demonstrable abilities in business development, marketing, and demonstrating the ability to build upon the client base. You will also need to have a proven track record of managing a high case volume and dealing with high net-worth clients.
