SalaryWe are seeking a Residential Support Worker and a Senior Residential Support Worker for one of our children's homes based in Llandudno.
The home is a 5 Bedded EBD Service the staff at the home work closely with young people and management with weekly community visits.
- To carry out duties in line with our procedures
- To act as a key worker to specific children and young people
- Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
- To Promote structure and boundaries
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be working shifts to care for the young people who reside in the home, nurturing and supporting their development following a therapeutic model of care. As a senior, you will take a lead on shifts and support another member of staff.
No two days will be the same supporting young people to achieve their very best

Salary is between 32000 and 36000 with 60 Sleep In Bonus.
Free qualification in residential childcare if required.
Increase in Pay April.
