Children’s Residential Support Worker – Team Leader
£34,848 – £36,307 p.a. (approx.) subject to qualifications and experience, (including sleep-in allowance, assuming good attendance). Hourly rate £14.00 – £14.71.

Standard Shift: 10am – 10.30am (to include handover), with sleep-in 11.00pm – 07.00am Shift Pattern: one day on, two days off.
Casterton Care Group is a brand-new children’s residential care provider, and you could be part of Coronation House, based in the seaside town of Cleveleys, near Blackpool.
For this role you will have already have experience working as a Children’s Residential Support Worker and have a minimum of the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Following the full induction, we expect you to be able to hit the ground running to support the manager in leading and developing the staff team and ensuring that our young people have a safe, and comfortable environment.

You’ll take care of our children to support them to live their life to the full, planning activities and ensuring a good routine. You will be responsible for the home in the absence of the Manager, solution-focused, and be able to make good, calm decisions. You will also take a lead in attending multi agency meetings for our children and complete written reports.
