As part of the Decarbonisation team, provide the Property Services business with a robust service including:
- Provision of technical advice and support on low carbon and energy efficiency services to both internal and external clients
- Collaboration across the teams in the business and implement innovative projects and build a strong network within the decarbonisation / zero carbon / energy efficiency sector
- Undertaking technical surveys and producing reports on domestic properties in accordance with relevant standards
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and support to project teams on decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures to the company business unit.
- Undertake PAS 2035 retrofit assessments on domestic properties and produce relevant technical reports to summarise our findings.
- Prepare technical proposals to outline energy efficiency and decarbonisation solutions to agreed deadlines.
- Liaise with the Bid Team in the production of SQ and tender submissions.
- Analysis of housing stock data to identify opportunities for decarbonisation works.
- Assist with the collation of relevant data and the preparation of reports to track the performance of decarbonisation schemes.
- Prepared to work in various geographical areas and attend other site locations across the UK.
Salary between £45k-£55k
