Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst

Based in Crawley, West Sussex our growing client is looking for a Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days working in the office. This job would suit someone with at least 4 years' hands on experience as a senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst in the travel industry, managing multiple properties. They will be responsible for supporting the pricing and Revenue Management strategies, performance measurement and competitor analysis to deliver the budgeted revenue. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate expert understanding of applying effective yield and Revenue Management practices and Pricing principles. They must have working knowledge of Revenue Management Systems, pricing and reporting technology systems: Yield Management Software, Channel Management, etc. Experience of Tableau reporting tool would be beneficial, or similar systems such as Qlik, Business Object. Advanced Excel skills are also required for this role. Job responsibilities: Deliver the budgeted revenue for a portfolio of sites Maintain, adjust and deliver the most appropriate prices at the right time to the right customers to maximise yield, occupancy and customer satisfaction Plan required promotions to stimulate demand, and report on performance Ensure recommended strategy is based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and insight of campsite performance, booking trends, pick up, and pace Monitor competitors' performance and actions, and incorporate it in Revenue Management actions Integrate and communicate well with other functions to ensure the business delivers the best possible performance and customer experience Ensure appropriate reports and reporting tools are in place and properly maintained to facilitate effective Revenue Management Forecast revenue performance and contribute to preparing management's weekly reviews Assist in enhancing the newly implemented Revenue Management system Develop and help improve pricing structures This is a great role for an analyst seeing their future in an exciting and growing business to both shape and execute strategy, adding real value to the organisation.
