Salary/Pro Rata: £23,800 from April 2024
Hours Available: 37 hours per week
Location/Base: Wymondham, Norfolk

About the role:

We are looking to recruit an RF Works Senior Coach (Support Worker) for our Poppy’s Pantry site in Wymondham, one of seven social businesses operating within Realise Futures across Suffolk and Norfolk.

Poppy’s Pantry Wymondham is a wholefoods and household products shop and little café specialising in ethically sourced goods. It is based on our award-winning store in Woodbridge Suffolk.

Realise Futures is more than a Social Enterprise – it’s about people. Our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.

A day at Poppy’s Pantry provides our wellbeing placements with purpose and opportunity to develop – if you are someone who can adapt your style and methods to meet individual needs then we’d love to hear from you.

Do you have a working knowledge of the Social Care sector and an understanding of safeguarding. Can you develop trusted relationships with vulnerable adults that promotes choice and control fits with Realise Futures values.

You will share our ethos that adults with disabilities are enabled to use their voice by choosing and regulating their own support towards independence and wellbeing, with employment as a realistic goal. You will be part of a team delivering collaborative, holistic and person-centred activities in a real work setting.
