Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe is currently seeking a Senior Risk Manager, to support the development and maintenance of AND-E UK's risk management framework and the broader ANDEL framework. Working full time in a hybrid capacity (London HO) the role supports the operations based in London and Newcastle, with a salary of up to GBP100,000 (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in working with colleagues across the ANDEL group, to ensure coherence of risk management frameworks and the efficiency and effectiveness of group-wide risk activities.
- Deliver an appropriate programme of risk assurance activity and report results to the business, the Risk & Compliance Director and relevant governance bodies
- Assist senior management to discharge their responsibilities effectively with regard to risk management.
- Lead work with the UK executive management to identify, assess and monitor top risk exposures and associated responses as well as selecting and implementing a new risk management system in 2024.
- Work with the business to support operational risk scenario activities that support ORSA reporting as well as supporting the operational resilience programme focused on the important business services.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a centralised risk management function or similar environment.
- In depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and risk & control assessment processes.
- Experienced in carrying out risk review activities including Risk & Control Self Assessments inc operating risk management software.
- Good understanding of ORSA / Solvency regulations and other relevant UK Financial Services regulation.
- Well-developed analytical and report writing and presentation skills.
- Professional qualification in risk management or accountancy. (CII, IRM, ACCA, CISI, or equivalent recognised degree level qualification)
