The role requires deep and strong knowledge for business practices in Robotic Process Automation and business process knowledge in business application. Experience and knowledge on software development domain expertise as a team lead would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Support and Leadership of automation team to ensure delivery of automated process in line with service outcomes and to meet and exceed business targets across multiple business journeys
Coaching and development and support the team to continuously improve output and quality of deliverables post implementation
Refining the process for identifying, designing, building and operating suitable automated processes with RPA tools
Implementing/designing/operating automated processes with RPA tools
Ensuring that relevant governance and collateral is completed to a high standard and
Company standards, including the completion and sign off and meet the agreed service levels
Responsible for delivery, communication and coordination of work in the team
Offer consulting services for Samsung SDS Europe customer requests.
Preferably, Understand “Automation Anywhere”, “Win Automation”, “Brity Works IPA”.
Understand the company's business process and map system to RPA tool.
Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements
Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements
Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion

The business has a fast paced environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas.
Travel within Europe/Africa or to South Korea.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community up to and including senior board members.
Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.
Relevant work experience, including software development and/or test automation.
RPA solution experience such as “Automation Anywhere” or “Win Automation”.
Experience of the business process improvement tasks.
Good business process knowledge in retail industry(or Hi-Tech product sales)
Experience of working in a large multinational company in a support and development role.
Proven track record within RPA implementation across multiple projects
Extensive experience of leading RPA developers
Experience in SAP.
Coding skills in JavaScript and VBA.
Certification of “Automation Anywhere” or “Win Automation”.
Korean speaking (advantage)
