The role requires deep and strong knowledge for business practices in Robotic Process Automation and business process knowledge in business application. Experience and knowledge on software development domain expertise as a team lead would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Implementing/designing/operating automated processes with RPA tools, including providing go-live and post-production support
Preferably, Understand “Automation Anywhere”, “Win Automation”, “Brity Works IPA”.
Willingness to learn other third RPA tools and RPA architecture
Understand the company's business process and map system to RPA tool.
Ensure all work undertaken and system applications conform to Company standards and procedures and meet the agreed service levels
Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements
Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements
Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion
Strong business analysis and requirement gathering ability, with experience in producing solution and process design documentation.

Qualifications:
Software development domain expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages.
At least 2 to 4 years of experience with one or more RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Dedicated to customer care or customer support.
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, well presented, professional and dedicated.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and products as well as awareness of opportunities there provide
Largely autonomous role and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and within the business)
Good customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community up to and including senior board members.
Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have strong problem solving and communication skills.
Relevant work experience, including software development and/or test automation.
RPA solution experience such as “Automation Anywhere” or “Win Automation”.
Experience in SAP.
Experience of the business process improvement tasks.
Good business process knowledge in retail industry(or Hi-Tech product sales)
Experience of working in a large multinational company in a support and development role.
