As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Increasing new business levels and increasing market share
• Driving the sales department and producing results
• Generating and carrying out valuations
• Generating and carrying out viewings
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Show leadership skills when needed

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Previous experience in the industry
• Valuation experience (Not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and win business
• Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
• Proven track record of generating and winning business

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + commission
