Basic salary £35k + Commission

OTE £50k+

Our long established and successful interiors business based in Truro is seeking a new Senior Sales Consultants/designer for our kitchen and/or bathroom teams. The individual will focus on sales generation through providing a great customer experience as well as inspiring and thoughtful design. Having Cornwall’s finest (and largest) showroom with excellent footfall provides a constant stream of customers that you will assist in creating their dream kitchens, bathroom and bedrooms.

Day to day work will include;

• Greeting customers in store and assisting with their requirements.
• Booking meetings to come back and go though a full design consultation.
• Using software to layout and design customer kitchens, bathrooms or bedrooms.
• Learning and understanding our brands and products.
• Creating inspirational mood boards and generally assisting the marketing department to allow us to present our best images to the wider public.
• Attending site visits (customer homes) to gather all details required for design.
• Working with our fitting team, providing full details on design for them to have on site for installations.
• Overseeing the installation, providing contact and resolving any issues that arise for customers, quickly and satisfactorily.

This is a job that provides a varied and often exciting environment to work in. You will have much autonomy and will be required to demonstrate your ability to motivate and problem solve for yourself.
