About the Role: Wills Consultants are seeking motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Senior Sales Executive for Complex Automation Projects.
In this role you will take the lead in managing the sales process for cutting-edge automation initiatives, making a significant contribution to overall revenue targets.
Your primary focus will be on leading the sales efforts to complex automation projects, using your expertise to navigate sales cycles and secure key deals. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions meeting client expectations.
As a pivotal member of the sales team, you will pay crucial role in driving revenue growth, consistently exceeding personal revenue targets through strategic planning and proactive client engagement. Your ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long lasting relationships will be instrumental in driving success.

Requirements: Ideally, the Senior Sales Executive will have:
- Degree at 2:1 level or higher or studies at GCSE or higher in business or similar preferred
- Background in warehouse automation, warehouse equipment or similar
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
- Computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Commercially minded
- Negotiating and Conflict Management skills
- Knowledge and/or experience of contracts
- Driving License - essential (frequent travel to customer sites required)
