We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sr. Sales/Marketing Associate
to join our team in an
on-site role
in Dumbarton, Scotland office. As the
Sr. Sale/Marketing Associate , You will manage and execute marketing campaigns, collaborate with various teams t to produce promotional materials, Analyzing consumer trends, and support the overall brand strategies to boost brand awareness as well as sales.
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 0900-1700
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management and Execution: Event coordination and maintain up-to-date marketing calendar in-line with business strategy
Marketing Materials: responsible for the design, production and distribution of marketing materials and promotional inventory
Competitor Analysis, Continuous Learning and Development: stay updated with the latest marketing trends and conducts competitor analysis. Gives feedback to management to ensure we properly fulfill the customer needs
Identify opportunities for new business and growth within current and new sales channels.
Preparing Sales forecast reports and submitting them to management
Occasional travel to industry events, off-site meetings or trainings, meetings with customers or prospects, etc.
Infrequent Domestic travel and the possibility of international travel.
Qualifications and Experiences: Start Date: IMMEDIATE HIRE! (if possible)
Preferable with bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant fields.
+3 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success. It will be a plus with prior experience in retailer network, digital marketplaces, and the air cleaning and disinfection products or similar.
Experience in sales, sales support, customer service, and/or marketing support.
Retail distribution or marketing experience is a plus! (Amazon, Shopify, Target, Home Depot, etc.)
Strong communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 360, CRM software and active uses of AI tools for marketing and sales.
